The "FCF" is a suction cup specially designed for surfaces like sheets in metal forming processes that have oil adhered to them. It generates a strong grip on oil-coated surfaces and can withstand shear forces that are 2 to 4 times higher than those of conventional suction cups. The FCF-P design is suitable for slightly dome-shaped surfaces or flat surfaces encountered during metal sheet processing at press lines. This suction cup features a support cleat that protects thin objects from damage. DURAFLEX utilizes a specially developed polyurethane that combines the elasticity of rubber with the wear resistance of polyurethane.
